Day 1
The Heart of Medieval Baku
The tour begins at the Double Gates (Gosha Gala), the main entrance to the Old City. We will walk through the labyrinthine streets to visit the Maiden Tower, where you will learn about its mysterious legends. Next, we explore the Shirvanshahs' Palace, the pearl of Azerbaijani architecture. Along the way, we stop at the Miniature Book Museum, the Multani and Bukhara Caravanserais, and see the famous filming locations of classic movies. You will witness the living history of Baku's oldest residential quarter before the tour concludes at the Baku Boulevard or Fountain Square.
